Timber Deck Replacement

BigFin Constructions were requested to attend this tenanted property to investigate and potentially replace or repair the timber deck.

Upon arrival we found extensive wet rot and termite damage to the subfloor and decking boards.

As a result, the entire subfloor was replaced the deck was finished with local Blackbutt timber decking. The deck was left in a raw condition, ready for the property owner to stain in their preferred finish.
